資工系帳號解鎖/密碼重置 CSIE Account Unlock/Password Reset

This is the instructions for CSIE Account Unlock/Password Reset.
For questions on NTU accounts, please contact the NTU Computer and Information Networking Center.

請透過以下方法申請帳號解鎖或密碼重設。
Follow the steps listed below to request account unlock or password reset.

1. 確認自己具有資工系學生、教職員或系友身分。
   Confirm that you are either a student, faculty member, staff member, or alumnus of the CSIE department.

2. 填寫資訊工程系帳號(解鎖/重置)申請表。
   Fill out the CSIE Account (Unlock/Reset) application form.

3. 以 NTU 信箱（學號@ntu.edu.tw）將申請表寄信給系統管理助教群提出申請。
   信件主旨應為 [Reset Password/Unlock] USERNAME。
   Email the application form from your NTU Mail (student_id@ntu.edu.tw) to the System Management TAs.
   The email subject should be [Reset Password/Unlock] USERNAME.

4. 若 NTU 信箱已無法存取，請檢附身分證明文件，如資工系學生證、教職員證、校友證、畢業證書等。
   If your NTU Mail is inaccessible, please provide documents that can prove your identity, such as your ID card or diploma.
