忘記密碼 Forget Password

Caution

以下方法需要你的 CSIE 工作站帳號為學生帳號且你的 NTU 信箱（學號@ntu.edu.tw）仍在使用，否則請參考申請重設密碼。
This tutorial is only for students in school whose NTU Mail is still in use. For alumni, please see Request a Password Reset.

Step 1

到 CSIE Esystem 的忘記密碼網頁。輸入你的工作站帳號（如 b12902000），點選 Reset Password。
Go to the Forget Password page of CSIE Esystem. Enter your account username (e.g., b12902000), and click Reset Password.

Step 2

系統會寄一封信到你的 NTU 信箱。
The system will send an email to your NTU mailbox.

Step 3

打開 NTU 信箱，會收到一封主旨為 [CSIE WORKSTATION] password reset 的信。打開信件並點選其中的 URL。
Check your NTU mailbox for an email titled [CSIE WORKSTATION] password reset. Click the URL in the email.

Step 4

系統將重置你的密碼，並且把新密碼寄到你的 NTU 信箱。
The system will reset your password and send the new password to your NTU mailbox.

Step 5 (建議 Recommended)
